We purchased the video last year from: Lantz Office, 888 7th Ave.
NY, NY 10106. Tel. 212-586-0200.
You need to write two checks: one check, $35.00, payable to Adam Davidson;
another, $3.00 to Lantz Office, and mail both checks to Lantz Office.
