The UAW education department in Detroit has at least two videos on
negotiation techniques. Call to rent one at 313-926-5000. One is called=

"Dimensions of Bargaining" and is quite dry. The other is called "An
Inside Look at Collective Bargaining". It's a little short, and corny,
with a re-enactment, but a fairly realistic portrayal of bargaining in
the end stages.
