Here's another interesting phenomenon. Melding Music Librarian and Media
Librarian. What's the connection? I have no idea why this position is
being reposted, but it may be due to this connection. Why would someone
who is a music librarian be able to manage the overall media operation?
How many media librarians just happen to be music librarians too? Or even
have an undergraduate music degree? The job sounds good, but making the
music librarian the media libraraian -- or vice versa -- eliminates many
good candidates. Most people have done one or the other, not both. Just
an observation...
