Have your faculty take a look at the bibliography and other resources
posted at the web site which was developed in connection with the recent
teleconference "Video, CD-ROM, and the Web":

There are a few articles from CD-ROM Professional which might be of help.
It's important to understand that evaluating content effectiveness and
the effectiveness of a particular medium in delivering that content are
really two different things.
