Why would MPLC licence Kane in 16mm? Those rights belong exclusively to
films inc. it sounds fishy to me. ( MPLC does have PPV rights , but nothing
on the film) In the little that I know of MPLC thay have been at best
careless and at worst dishonest in their claims of what they can licence
