If a patron has forgotten his card he must show something with proof
of address, preferably with photo i.d. (e.g driver's licence) in
order to take out materials.
If a card is lost, a stop is placed on it. The patron has two weeks
to locate it, during which time he may use other i.d. After this he
must purchase a new card (replacement charge is $5.00).

Does your library have a policy whereby patrons do not need to show a
card to borrow materials? If so, under what circumstances would this
be allowed? Thanks in advance for any information!
