Hey v-libers... I'm forwarding a note regarding the valuable e-journal,
"Computer Law Observer" (the article about kids on the net which I posted
awhile ago is from this publication). As media issues progressively
converge with other issues pertaining to digital resources, this might be
a useful publication to follow...

The Computer Law Observer is a free monthly e-mail newsletter that
discusses legal issues relating to computers, the Internet and
technology. Topics include encryption, privacy, unauthorized e-mail,
copyrights, trademarks, multi-media rights and more. The Observer is
written by William Galkin, an attorney specializing in this area of law,
who is also the adjunct professor of computer law at the University of
Maryland School of Law.
