FOr the sci-fi, there's John Akomfrah's new film THE LAST ANGEL OF
HISTORY, but I don't know a US distributor for it yet.

For Michael Manley, in the 1970's Saul Landau of the Institute for
Policy Studies in Washington, DC, did a documentary. I forget the
title, but it was about the situation in Jamaica and it was sort of a
campaign film for Manley. Manley was Isaac Julien's, A DARKER SIDE OF
BLACK from Filmakers Library in New York.

Good luck.
