Film searches "Billie Jean" & "Vera"

I'm looking for video or 16mm rental sources with public performance
rights. I can find one of these titles only from home-use video sources
and the other one not at all, so I'm hoping one of you will know where
these are available:

"The Legend of Billie Jean" 1985, directed by Matthew Robbins

"Vera: The Story of a Woman Longing [?] to Be a Man"
