We produced and distribute the film/video SADAKO AND THE THOUSAND PAPER
CRANES, based on Eleanor Coerr's classic true story of Sadako Sasaki, a
young Japanese girl who developed leukemia in 1955 as a result of bombing
of Hiroshima. Her story inspired the building of the Children's Monument in
Hiroshima's Peace Park. Our half hour film is narrated by Liv Ullmann with
original music by George Winston The story is told as the camera pans and
dissolves through several hundred original drawings by Ed Young. Fives
stars from Video Rating Guide and Booklist Editor's Choice. Available for
preview along with the companion prgoram HOW TO FOLD A PAPER CRANE. For
more information you can email me or call 1 800 827-0949.
