I can send you a copy of our bibliography (10 pages with books, videos,
audiocassets and some Internet sites) if you'd like.
Most of the videos were ordered through Baker & Taylor or from the ADD
Warehouse (address is below); B&T has better prices but they do not carry
all of the titles. Also some titles had to be ordered direct from
the individual/organization that made the tape. Please let me know if
you'd like a copy of the bibliography.
