1. Current releases: We buy some current videos when the price
drops to the $20-30 US range. If a video comes out retailing for
around $20 we still wait to buy it. We're not trying to compete
with local video stores and we hope that patrons won't expect to
see a new video on our shelves as soon as it comes out.

2. We don't put holds on videos. If a patron calls and a video is
on the shelf we will set it aside for that day only.

4. We don't buy extra copies of videos, although we have ended up with
additional copies through donations or accidentally ordering more. One
exception is _Pride and Prejudice_ (the A&E TV version) - we just
bought an additional copy to meet demand.
