Sometime ago a similar posting resulted in a fine compilation of
sources being posted to this list. Though I kept the compilation,
I neglected to retain the name of the person who posted it. I am
reposting it here for the benefit of this thread.

Apologies to the Mystery VideoLiber who originally provided this
