I just saw a PBS home video catalog with the title 'How to Offend
Everyone.' Cost was about 19.95. We tried a couple of years ago to
get
'Meetings, Bloody Meetings', but cost was several hundred dollars,
which
is over our budget. Sorry, but I no longer have the address.
