Clueless and White Squall

I have a request from some of our faculty to consider purchasing the
videos: "Clueless" and "White Squall".

Can someone please tell me if these films have a legal element to them.
Is there a legal theme (subtheme) or is there a lawyer depicted in
either of them?

Any information will be helpful.
