Jim--the 10 day, 45 day stricture concerns off-air taping and use of
these tapes in teaching (the Kastenmeir Guidelines--which, by the by, are
just that: guidelines (not law).

Use of pre-recorded, legally-acquired, copyrighted materials in
face-to-face classroom teaching is another issue (it's covered in Title
117 of the Copyright Act of 1976--as discussed by other videolibers earlier)
