National Film/Video Market

The National Film and Video Market was held on October 10-13, 1996, in
McLean, Virginia. For the past two years the Video Round Table New (VRT
News) has published an article gathering the "picks of the Market"--
the personal favorites of the VRT members who attended. So once again
I am asking for your recommendations. Please send me your top *five*
favorites. I will compile the list for the next issue of the VRT News.

The Market has changed its name to the National Media Market; it will be
held next year in late October in Chicago. The Market gives librarians
the opportunity to preview new releases from some of the best video
distributors in the country. It is also a chance to meet with
colleagues--librarians and distributors--from across the country and talk
about video.

So, all of you who were at the Market this year: Send me your picks!
