This may be the name of the PBS program, not a particular videotape. The
PBS program P.O.V. stands for, I believe, "Point of View". They are
handled by American Documentary Consortium, (212) 989-8121. Often they
are picked up by other distributors but if that is the case they should
be able to tell you who to contact. I don't know if "urban
transportation" will be enough info for them to identify the program but
it may be worth the call.
