Film or video "Eros Plus Massacre"

Sorry for the cross-posting, but I'm getting really frustrated looking for
this professor's films. I hope someone out there can help me with this
one.

I'm looking for a source where I can rent a 16mm film, or rent or buy a
video, of a 1969 Japanese film called either "Eros Plus Massacre" or "Eros
And Massacre," directed by Yoshishinge Yoshida. Does anyone know where
it's available?
