Seeking videos on Bernard Middleton

The graphic artist at our college has asked me if I can find a source for 3
videos she found listed in the bibliography of a journal article. I wasn't
able to find anything in my usual resources, and a reference librarian had
no success either.

Would any of you have information about these videos? They all pertain to
the work of Bernard C. Middleton, who was apparently a craftsman who made
book bindings:

'Binder: A Portrait of Bernard Middleton', an "Alms and the Man"
Production, 1990.

'Rebacking an Antiquarian Book' in BINDER VISION No. 2, 1993.

'Ageing New Work' in BINDER VISION No. 3, 1993.
