There do seem to be three video versions of Murder in the Cathedral listed
in WorldCAT, but all are university productions, and may not be available
for sale, and are probably not what the faculty member "remembers" seeing:

1980 Produced by the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary
1985 Produced by Bethany College (W. VA)
1986 Produced by Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN
