France Panorama

The Video Source Book indicates that a video magazine in French called France
Panorama is available from Eagle Multimedia Group. The 800 number given has
been ringing busy for an hour and the local number is not in service (with no
new number). Is this company defunct? Anyone have any info? Thanks in
advance.
