Well, I found it... Called Penn State, talked to their media
reference staff, they took a guess, and it
turns out, it's a prgoram we already own! (Minor embarrassment..) Turns
out I was looking for a program titled "Power. Prestige and Wealth". It's
one of the "Out of the Past" series,
produced by WQED in coop. with Penn State, and dist. by Annenberg.

Anyway, the requesting faculty member was delighted... she now has 8
tapes to use, instead of having her budget limited to one rental! :)
