Sorry to ring in so late on this, but the most comprehensive one I've seen
is published by CineBooks who, I believe, do business in Evanston, Illinois,
home of the mighty, Rose Bowl-bound Northwestern Wildcats (pardon some
boasting from an alum). I believe it's called The Motion Picture Guide. I
know Baker & Taylor carries it....you can try their software division at
800-775-3300 or try contacting the publisher.
