We've used Dewey from the outset in the Media Center and now have a collection
of approximately 7,000 half-inch VHS tapes and 600 laserdiscs. To distinguish
these formats we simply add the abbreviations "vhs" or "ld" to the Cutter.I'm
unaware of any problems or difficulties with the use of Dewey for our video
collection and would rather not even contemplate what it would be like to have
our collection arranged alphabetically by title!!!
