Song Lyrics?

I realize this is beyond the scope of this list. But I hope some
of you (who like me, are of a "certain" age), can recall or
otherwise assist with a patron's request to identify a song.
He is looking for a song, which he insists is by The Who, in which
the chorus repeats the phrase: "Teenage wasteland" and "they're
all wasted".
It is not from "Tommy".
Please do not waste any brainpower on this, but it it comes immediately
to mind (Oh, No!!! Flashback!!!) I will appreciate hearing from you.
