Another twist on this issue:

I saw a copy of "Barney" (obtained from a public library) which said in the
leader "FOR LIBRARY USE ONLY".

All presumed Barney prejudice aside, is this to be taken to mean that it
is a library copy, intended for library patrons to use, or is it to be
used in the library? Has anyone else seen this?
