Video Security Cases

I am trying to convince my administration to put out the money to buy the
"Quickcase" video security cases. These are the cases that slip over individual
videos and require a special unlocking device to be removed.

Does anyone who has used them have any opinions or success rate on keeping down
theft? I would really like to know if you use them on popular Hollywood movies.
