I'd like to thank Lisa for a very good, thorough reply. I'd also second
her comment on posting your request to the AMIA-L list, perhaps with a
bit more information on the types of films you have, even a title list,
if possible.

I'd also be delighted to suggest happy homes for your films, if you
care to post more information. AAFF is indeed an excellent archive, one you
should definitely consider.

Those of you in the Toronto area might be interested in the upcoming AMIA
conference, Oct. 10-14, which promises to be very good, dealing with a
range of issues, including preservation, conservation, storage, access,
cataloging, digitization, resource sharing, etc. of moving images. Let me
know if anyone wants more information. See you there, Lisa?
