Melissa,

Of the videos we review, closed-captioned titles make up an unfortunately
small percentage. However, one good introduction to the Internet that
is closed-captioned is: PBS Video's "The Internet Show" (800) 344-3337
(be sure to specify the home video version, priced at $14.98).
