Dear All,

We received this inquiry from Debbie Rothberg, who for years has
programmed a wonderful series of films at the Smithsonian.

Anybody have any ideas as to who might be interested in her collection
of old film catalogues?

Please let me know.

Happy holidays to one and all!

Subject: film catalogues

I have called but not yet spoke with Geoff Alexander about film
catalogues I have maintained since the mid 1970's. I will retire at the
end of the month and am looking for a home for all these wonderful books
that is not the trash can.

Over the years, we have worked with Bullfrog; so it occurs to me that
John or Winifred might have some ideas about the appropriate disposition
of this "collection."

With thanks,

Debbie Rothberg

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
