I'm not sure how to word this, but is there such a thing as the
equivalent of a site license for audiobooks? The question originated
from a high school (special needs) English instructor, who is interested
in using audiobooks as a tool for some of his students. Could one
conceivably obtain an audiobook and then make copies as needed, using
such a license? Or is this simply a question for the individual
distributors? Thank you very much.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
