We did and we love it. The faculty all wrote to me after the trial. And
yes, the price is very very good for community colleges.

Subject: [Videolib] Question for the CW

I am wondering if anyone has bought into American History in Video from
Alexander Street Press. The content and the price seem to be
outstanding. I'd like to free up some budget to buy in, but I'd like
some feedback from some current users.

thanks,

jhs

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
