[Videolib] Source for "La Zerda, ou les chants de l'oubli"?

I have been asked to find sources for several elusive films that I can't
find in any of the usual places. Here's one of them.

"La zerda, ou les chants de l'oubli," director Assia Djebar, Algeria,
1982 or 1983. It's included in the Internet Movie Database, but no
libraries have a copy listed on WorldCat. In my internet searching, I
found a lovely write-up on www.africultures.com (entirely in French),
but I can't make out anything that looks like a link to buy it. I found
many search results with articles about the director and the film, but
no distributors selling it.

Can anyone tell me whether this film has ever been released on video or
DVD, and where there might be a copy nowadays? Thanks in advance for any
clues you can send me.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
