Wikipedia thinks it has English subtitles:
Turner Classic Movies offers copies w/ English subs, too:

Subject: [Videolib] DVD of "Santo Luzbel" with subtitles?

A professor has asked me to find a source where we can purchase a DVD of "Santo Luzbel" (director Miguel Sabido, Mexico, 1997). He's hoping it will be Region 1, and he wants it with English subtitles.

I found in WorldCat that it was put out by Desert Mountain Media. Their website directed me to several recommended retailers, and two of them (Amazon and Facets) actually list the DVD for sale. They say it's in Spanish, but there's no mention of English subtitles. I sent an e-mail message to two different addresses at Desert Mountain Media (sales and info), but have not received a reply. Does anyone know of a source that has this movie with subtitles?

Thank you for any information you can send.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
