[Videolib] PPL for CNN's "Black in America 2"?

I'm hoping someone can save me from doing any more searching. A student
group is planning to hold a public showing of CNN's "Black in America 2"
THIS WEEKEND. They didn't consult me in advance about public performance
licensing, but I noticed that they have gone ahead and advertised it on
the online campus events calendar.

I found that the DVD is available from Amazon for $26.99. If that's the
price our students paid for their DVD, I suspect they don't have public
performance licensing.

At cnnstoreonline.com, their help page says "You may use material from
this site and other sites controlled by The Store only for your own
personal, non-commercial use." Although this title isn't offered on the
website, I suspect the policy would extend to everything they have
produced. I also found an e-mail address for sending them questions, but
I haven't received a reply.

Does anyone know where I can contact the right office to find out about
public performance rights for CNN's DVDs? Thanks in advance for any
information you can offer.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
