I do not understand the difference between # 2 and 3. They both have
PPR. Are you advocating that institutions would pay a different price
than everyone else for PPR?

Also, the way I read it, #3 implies institutions always get PPR.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition,bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions.
