We put our MP3 audiobooks in locking dvd cases. They are labeled differently than the dvds and have a sticker identifying them as MP3s. They are shelved at the beginning of the audiobook section with signage.

For those who purchase MP3 CD audiobooks, how are they packaged? In DVD
cases or music CD cases? If you don't have them and have seen them at other
libraries or retail stores, what has the packaging looked like? If you have
an opinion about this, which cases do you think are better and less
confusing for patrons?

Thanks!

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
