A few that come immediately to mind:

Marianne Faithfull: Girl on a Motorcycle/Naked under leather and a few episodes of AbFab (in which she is cast as God). Marianne Faithfull also appears in Kenneth Anger's Lucifer Rising as do Jimmy Page and Chris Jagger, but as I recall (and as IMDb agrees) there are no credits on Lucifer Rising. Marianne actually has a fairly long filmography that includes roles in the 1969 British version of Hamlet (as Ophelia) and Sofia Coppola's 2006 Marie Antoinette (as Austria Empress Maria Theresa).

Lulu also appeared in several AbFab episodes

Lou Reed, Howard Kaylan (Turtles, Flo & Eddie, Mothers of Invention), John Densmore (Doors) all in Get Crazy

David Crosby & Bonnie Bramlett in a few Roseanne episodes-- Bramlett was a regular on the show for a couple seasons

Jimmy Cliff: The Harder They Come and Club Paradise

Mick Jagger: Shelly Duvall's Fairytale Theatre episode, The Nightingale; and The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus

The Clash: Rude Boy

Little Richard: The Girl Can't Help It, Don't Knock the Rock, and Mister Rock and Roll (as well as quite a few cameos and such in films and TV episodes)

And an addition: Ringo Starr is also in 200 Motels as both Larry the Dwarf and Frank Zappa

Frank Zappa is also in Head, Uncle Meat (assuming copies exist), and Baby Snakes; also, an episode of Beavis & Butthead, an episode of Miami Vice (as "Mario Fuente"), an episode or two of Ren & Stimpy (as the Pope), a few Saturday Night Live appearances, and several other TV and film bits.

Then there's Andrea True who had a few disco hits with The Andrea True Connection, but her singing career came after True had attained fame--or at least notoreity--in several fine smut films (perhaps not MRC fare...).

BTW-- Shouldn't Red Hot Chile Peppers be Red Hot Chili Peppers?

And hey! What about Jim Morrison's A Feast of Friends, assuming a copy exists.
