[Videolib] Alastair Cooke's America on DVD in the US

Has Alastair Cooke's America: A Personal History of the United States
been released on DVD in the US? Web searching leads me to think not,
but maybe I've missed something. Available as a Region 2 DVD at
Amazon/UK, but that won't work here.
