Hello all,
I'm trying to determine who is the distributor for public performance
licensing for Anthony Mann's 1947 film, "T-Men."

I didn't find it listed at non-theatrical distributors Swank, Kino, New
Yorker or Criterion.

According to Internet Movie Database, these are companies that have been
associated with it over the years, but I've concluded that they're all
dead ends:
Edward Small Productions (he died in 1977),
Reliance Pictures (no longer exists?),
Eagle-Lion Films (no longer exists?),
Roan Group (still exists, but they sell DVDs for $4.95 to $14.95),
Kino Video (title not listed on website),
VCI Home Video (website is useless for searching, and not likely to
offer PPL anyway),
Sony Video (just home video, right?).

Okay, I'm stuck. Does anyone know where we can get a license for this film?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can send my way.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
