I trying to figure out who to contact to obtain the rights to screen a
film of Matthew Barney of Cremaster fame. One of our Art History
professors is interested in holding a screening at our university. We
have both dug around the web, as well as emailed (with no response) the
Barbara Gladstone Gallery in NY, the gallery we thought represented Mr.
Barney. My next step is to call the gallery.

Before I do that, does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
