Hi! I'm an AV selector in a medium size public library, and we do not
have any DVDs on Russian history. I am specifically looking for a DVD
on the breakup of the Soviet Union. We would also be interested in
finding a good DVD with an overview of Russian history as well as a
travel documentary. I have looked on-line at Films for the Humanities
but am unable to tell if any their films would be appropriate.

Thank you,

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
