I just checked Swank=B9s website and they DO license it for college showings
It could be that New Line=B9s stuff belongs to that non-Swank company for
(the two companies sound so alike I forget which is which) but you should
definitely call them to clarify why
They have it for colleges and not libraries if that is the case.

Jessica et al.,
A colleague of mine is interested in doing a public screening.
Anyone on the list know who holds the rights to this?
It wasn’t listed on Swank’s library site or New Yorker Films.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
