Dear Jessica,

You might ask Julie if there's a .doc file of the script. And I KNOW
you people at Kino can read despite being from such fancy colleges as
Wesleyan and UCLA. Try
http://www.amazon.com/Daughters-Dust-Making-African-American/dp/1565840305/ref=sr_1_6/105-7149248-9386821?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1189104461&sr=8-6
starting on page 73.

And (I know this is a public forum and I'm being funny here, not
critical) tell the big boss that on major titles it is well worth the
$1000 to do a basic CC of English language films. We've done it on
Winter Soldier and now on the Burnett films and I think it has helped
sell more copies and provides a public service.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
