[Videolib] Access to WV-made film Fools Parade

For thirty years people have asked me how to obtain a copy of Jimmy
Stewart's film "Fools Parade." I did purchase a 16 mm print from Films, Inc.
People still e-mail me - why is this great film not available on VHS or DVD?
Can anyone find an answer - like Dennis Doros or Jessice Rosner? Please
