I was thinking to meet not during the evening but one hour during the
screening time and to pick a day closer to the conference.

Usually in the evening we are tired at least I am, and don't want to think
much. I don't know what the rest of the people think in this one??

Thanks

Cindy

A meeting/hospitality room is available during the entire Market. The best
time to have a special interest group meeting would be after screening
either Tuesday or Wednesday evening. The user group meeting already
scheduled on Tuesday is primarily attended by K-12 media professionals, but
I imagine some of them would also want to attend this digital video meeting.
The other option would be to meet during the last hour of screening Tuesday,
Wednesday or Thursday. I can make registrants aware of this meeting and pick
a day/time prior to the Market. Does anyone have a better idea?

Yes, I'm interested in it as well. We should have a special interest
group meeting and have Ursula designate a time for us to meet. There's
much that we can share and discuss.

For those who don't go to ALA but got to the NMN. I just got a call from
Ursula Schwarz, there will be a room available at the National Media
Market that we can use to meet there and talk about digital video.
Anybody interested??
Let me know
Thanks
