[Videolib] Has anyone updated the Audiobook vendor list?

Two years, in February 2005, some kind person on this list shared the database they had created of all the audiobook vendors and their pros and cons. I printed out a copy at that time but didn't save it.

Has anyone updated that list? I would like to update my information as my current media librarian is retiring at the end of the month and we are trying to update her files before she goes.
