Hullo all

Has anyone out there had experience with putting video files up as [Adobe]
FLASH video? After much agonizing, I think it might be the format we're
going to be using in the Media Center to deliver online video content...I
like it because it'll play nicely on either Mac or PC platforms and because
Flash is a widely installed plug-in...

I'd love to hear opinions and experiences.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
