Well

Ebony and Jet both have film reviews...but the quality of the reviewing is
on-par with People and other pop-schlock mags.

If you have access to the Ethnic Newswatch database, you can find reviews
appearing in various ethnic and minority publications.

International Index to Black Periodicals is also good.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition,bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions.
